Habitat:
Steep roadside bank with adventive scrub and grass.
Notes:
Herb with erect stems; roots presumably tuberous. Flowers 3.7-4cm long; yellow-orange; upper 2 segments of inner whorl with dark red dashes; outer segments spreading as flower ages. Fruit ribs acute. A large stand and spreading.
