Notes:
Specimens differ markedly from typical P. distichum of the Hamilton Basin in being: larger with hairy nodes (not rooting), having a lianoid to semi- erect scandent habit and purple-green (not glaucous) leaves. The seed heads how- ever are typical P. distichum
