Valley bottom track. Cut-over forest margin.
Notes:
Stems ascending, rooting at base. Leaves glaucescent below, with dark crescent-shaped area above often faint. Perianth pink, 1.5-2mm long. Plant glabrous except midrib on lower side of leaf and long setae. V ery common in this fairly dry habitat. .
