Large spreading tree c.20m high with quite dense canopy. Bark fairly rough, chestnut brown beneath surface [coll.] Foliage camphor scented, glossy above, glaucescent below. Fruit c.7mm long, somewhat flattened laterally, +/- subglobose, shining black.
