Habitat:
Adventive scrub, especially broom and blackberry, on bank.
Notes:
A. First tree 12-13m high. Bark smooth, greenish-grey (coll.). Buds black. Samaras pendulous, twisted. B. Second tree similar, 6-7m high. C. Sapling c. 1m high. Shoots shining purple. Common on this slope.
