Notes:
Clump-forming plant with thick yellowish roots. Stems erect. Leaves terete and hollow. Flowers with patent tepals 9-l2mm long. Outer tepals c.4mm wide, narrow elliptic, inner tepals c.7mm wide, broadly elliptic; all tepals pink in bud, becoming whitish, with prominent brown central line. Filaments and style very pale pink. Stigmas pink. A small population extending along c.20m of bank.
