Notes:
Arborescent succulent plants with stems to c.30cm high and to l.7cm diameter. Leaf scars narrow elongated, brown. Leaves in terminal rosettes c.l5cm diameter rosettes, not flattened. Lamina to 9.5 x 2.7cm & 2mm thick, ± spathulate, green, flat, ciliolate margins, mucronate apex. Infl. c.12x8cm, ovoid-pryamidal (just coming into flower), buds ± pendent to spreading; infl. minutley puberulent. Calyx lobes c. 2mm long, lobes ± triangular, green. Petals 9-10 in number, 8.5-9x2mm, linear, golden-yellow. Stamens 8-8.5mm long, outer and inner whorls similar length, yellow Styles c. 3mm long, greenish-yellow. Scales c. 1mm long ± obcuneate with a retuse or erose apex. Common on and near this part of Scarborough Hill.
