Habitat:
Roadside. On steep bank. In scrub.
Notes:
Scrambling plant with long tough stems. Peduncles often reddish on exposed side. Fls semi-double, pink, Larger petals c. 3 × 1.5 cm, obovate, crimson in lower part, apex rounded or emarginate. Other petals smaller and lacking crimson marks. Calyx dark red. A small patch well away from habitations.
