Young tree 6-7m tall, pyramidal habit with ± horozontal branches. Buds resinous. 1-2yr shoots brown or greenish-brown. Leaves in 2 ranks, horozontal or nearly so, orange scented, glossy above, glaucous banded below. A few. Adventive. Only young ones.
