Habitat:
Shallow gully. On very large boulders and amongst detritus among moss, Hymenophyllum and Peperomia.
Notes:
± erect succulent with stems to c. 50 cm tall, branched. Common to dense locally in small patches. Stems c. 12 mm diam., probably wider towards base. Petiole c. 5 x 5 mm, pinkish, smaller in upper leaves. Lamina 4-7 x 3-5 cm, c. 2 mm thick, broadly elliptic - obovate to almost rhombic or broadly elliptic, strongly glaucous bloomy, crenate in upper part; apex rounded. Inflorescence rather flattened, very broadly pyramidal. Pedicels 7-15 mm long. Bracts numerous, larger towards base of inflorescence. Sepals 7-12 x 2-4 mm, lanceolate- oblong, unequal, green, acute. corolla tube 13-14 mm long, dilated towards base, green or greenish-yellow; lobes 4, 8-11 x 4.5-7 mm, spreading, ± elliptic, golden-yellow; apical mucro c. 1 mm long. Filaments of inner whorl c. 2 mm long, of outer whorl 0 (adnate to corolla) anthers sessile or sub-sessile). Styles + carpels 12-16 mm long, styles 5-7mm long. Gland 3-4 mm long, linear, white, forked at apex.
