c. immature fr. Margins spinose-toothed; This is the most strongly toothed material that I have seen among N.Z. collections. I would still refer it to F. [Fabronia] australis; it is not as long-ciliate as Scott & Stone's (1976) illustration of F. [Fabroina] hampeana.
