Type:
CHR 4069 has two specimens on the sheet. Cockayne herbarium 2371 is ISOLECTOTYPE of Raoulia cinerea Petrie, Trans. & Proc. New Zealand Inst. 45: 269 (1913) designated by Allan, Fl. New Zealand 1: 707 (1961) as Cockayne 2371 at WELT.
Cockayne herbarium 2372, coll. A.G. Mowat, no longer has type status (it was syntype prior to 1961 as it was cited in the protologue.
