Notes:
Tree c. 20 metres, widespreading. Trunk dark grey. Cone from branch c. 1.5 metres high. Shoots deep brown. Buds resinous. Leaves arranged radially, glaucous-banded below. Cone in coll. 8-9 cm long, purplish.
