Habitat:
Ravine of small limestone stream entering on N side of river gorge; S-facing mesic slope with nikau, tree ferns, Coprosma spp., abundant supplejack. On bark of very rotten, prostrate tree trunk, with Symphogynahymenophyllum.
Notes:
leaf cells strongly papilose but scarcely porose.
