Hebe lycopodioides (Hook.f.) Andersen In accord with A. P. Druce’s annotation (17 May 1990), Bayly & Kellow 2006 (p. 51) comment that the stated locality (Ruahine Ra.) is probably not correct. Bayly & Kellow 2006 also comment that the chromosome count was published as 2n = 40 (Hair 1967, p. 349, as H. tetragona) but annotated on the voucher specimen as n = 20. The card index and slide collection held at CHR indicate that both meiotic (slide D293) and mitotic (slide D690) counts were made from this material. References: Bayly, M. J.; Kellow, A.
